Superfood Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Our local friends at FIX & REPEAT serve delicious, plant-based superfoods to power the active lifestyles of Eastern Oregon locals and visitors. This smoothie bowl with Laird Superfood HYDRATE Matcha is one of their most popular orders - and they shared the recipe with us so you can make it at home!

Servings: 1-2


Smoothie Base
  • 4 oz Laird Superfood HYDRATE Matcha (prepared in water)
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Juice and zest from ½ lime
  • Ice
  • ¼ cup granola
  • Fresh pineapple
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes


        1. Add all smoothie base ingredients to blender.
        2. Blend until smooth and combined.
        3. Pour smoothie into bowl and top with remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
