      Laird Superfood Dark Roast Ground Coffee with Functional Mushroom extracts is crafted with premium, certified organic Peruvian coffee beans. Our hand-picked beans are grown at high-altitude and slow-roasted in small batches to ensure a consistent, rich, and bold flavor profile.

      This special coffee blend takes your morning cup to a new level with the inclusion of three of our favorite functional mushrooms: Chaga, Lion’s Mane, and Cordyceps. The abundant properties of functional mushrooms are thought to contribute to overall wellness.

      Use 1 tablespoon of mushroom coffee for every 8oz of water brewed. 

      Flavor Profile

      This HB Class bean (High Altitude Bean) is grown at an altitude of 4,000+ feet and hand-picked to ensure the ripeness of each and every coffee cherry. These coffee beans deliver a cup that has lower acidity with more body for a rich and bold flavor profile. 

      Our beans are wet-processed and carefully dried; then small batches are slowly and evenly roasted in a drum roaster for maximum flavor preservation.

      Our coffee is ground to a medium-fine grind size of 960 μm - 860 μm. This grind makes our coffee perfect for pour-overs, drip coffees, siphon coffee, and aero press. As per brewing instructions - 1 tablespoon (~10g) of ground coffee per 8 ounces of water offers approximately 100mg of caffeine per serving. Our mushroom extract blend uses Cordyceps, Lion's Mane and Chaga in equal proportions. Each tablespoon (~10g) of ground coffee provides an equivalent of 500mg of the mushroom blend.

      Freshness in every sip: To maintain the rich aroma and roast profile, we use a proprietary inert gas packaging system that effectively removes unwanted oxygen from the bag.
