Flavor Profile

Just like a classic PB&J, but you don’t have to choose between strawberry or raspberry, because this blend has both!

Ingredients

Cashews
The edible seed of the cashew fruit- cashews are highly nutritious and often classified as a nut.

Freeze-Dried Raspberries
Fresh red raspberries that have been preserved via freeze-drying, which is a dehydration process that includes freezing the product in a way that also removes the moisture (water content) while concentrating the flavor, color, and nutrients. Nutritious fruity raspberries are delicious with a sweet-tart flavor, and are a beloved berry source for granolas and other plant-based snacks.

Freeze-Dried Strawberries
Fresh red strawberries that have been preserved via freeze-drying, which is a dehydration process that includes freezing the product in a way that also removes the moisture (water content) while concentrating the flavor, color, and nutrients. Nutritious fruity strawberries are delicious with a sweet-tart flavor, and are a beloved fruit source for granolas and other plant-based snacks.

Ground Flaxseed
Small, tiny flax seeds are highly nutritious, however, as a whole seed often they pass right through the digestive system. Grinding or milling the flax seeds breaks the seeds open which gives greater access to the nutrients within the seeds. Flaxseeds are the seed of Flax which is a cultivated plant with light blue flowers and from the family Linaceae.

Organic Cinnamon
From tropical Indonesia, this aromatic spice is from the dried bark of the tropical trees from the genus Cinnamomum. A favorite in the spice world, cinnamon is sweet yet spicy.

Organic Honey
Nature’s sweet syrup and made from natural nectars, honey helps round out flavors while adding a complex sweet note. Depending on the nectar source, honeys can often have different flavor notes -- floral, fruity, nutty, caramelly, to name a few.

Organic Rolled Oats
Naturally gluten-free, chewy, delicious, and beloved by many, this whole-food grain is scientifically known as Avena sativa and hails from the Poaceae grass family of plants. Oats have traditionally been eaten as a porridge and today have become a favorite add-in in many baked goods, trail mixes and granolas.

Organic Sunflower Seeds
Technically the fruits of the sunflower plant (Helianthus annuus), a single sunflower plant head can contain up to 2,000 sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds may be consumed dried, roasted, or as a nut butter.

Peanut Butter
Made from crushed peanuts, nutritious peanut butter is slightly salty and sweet, yet nutty in flavor with a creamy texture. Botanically, peanuts are classified as legumes. However, for culinary, research and nutritional purposes, peanuts are considered a nut.

Sea Salt
Sea salt comes from evaporated seawater and is less processed than table salt and may retain some of its trace minerals.

Virgin Coconut Oil
With a light coconut flavor and aroma, Virgin Coconut Oil is derived from the cold-pressing of coconut meat and then the separation of the fats from the coconut milk. Coconut is solid at room temperature and melts around 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Coconut oil is prized for its fatty acid profile.
