3. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a selection of products from Laird Superfood and Beaste. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per winner: $2,500. Odds of winning the Giveaway prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

• include illegal material or encourage, solicit, or glorify illegal activity.
5. Selection of Potential Winners: Sponsors’ decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsors will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries on Instagram. Potential winners will be contacted through the account they entered with.
6. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSORS, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. 7. Notification and Verification of Potential Winners: The potential Sweepstakes winner will be notified by private message within the social platform they entered with. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted within 10 days of Sponsors sending a notification, or a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits that prize. In the event that a potential winner of a prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three alternate drawings, after which the prize will remain unawarded. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled up to 10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.

Release: By entering the Promotion, you release and hold harmless Sponsors, Administrator, Facebook, Instagram, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion, including the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

Publicity and Use of Entry: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsors’ and their agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. As between Sponsors and the entrant, the entrant retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the entry. As a condition of entry, and by submitting your entry, you hereby grant to Sponsors the royalty-free, nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, fully transferable and sublicensable right to commercialize, reproduce (including posting on other social media platforms and on Sponsors’ websites), modify, make derivative works, display, distribute, perform and otherwise use the entry in connection with marketing Sponsors’ products and services without further consideration. You acknowledge and agree that Sponsors are not obligated to use your entry, but that if Sponsors do use the entry (whether or not you are declared the winner of the Promotion), you will not be entitled to any notice or payments of any kind.

General Conditions: Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, amend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsors reserve the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
