We know that it is important to know when your package of delicious plant-based products will be on their way and how it will arrive. At Laird Superfood we strive to get your order out the door and get you fueled up as quickly as possible.  We ask that you allow up to 5 business days for your order to process and ship. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We know you’re excited, we are too! The majority of orders are processed within 24 hours, however we ask that you allow up to 4 business days for processing during peak times such as holidays. We are not able to ship orders on weekends or federally observed holidays.  

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $50+

Free shipping is available on orders over $50 within the United States. *Excludes Daily Ritual Club orders as Club orders get free shipping over $35. All of our Standard Shipping orders have an estimated delivery of 7-9 days from time of order.

Please note that free shipping is only available for addresses within the United States. It is also important to note that your order may be shipping in multiple packages.

 

DAILY RITUAL CLUB SHIPPING

Get free shipping on all Club orders over $35 where the shipping address is in the United States. Club members enjoy 20% off MSRP with their subscription orders, exclusive monthly sales events, early access to new product launches and sales, and a free $10 coupon once per quarter (delivered via email). 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Our “Expedited Shipping” option is the best way to ensure you receive your superfoods as soon as possible. Any orders placed with the Expedited Shipping option selected at checkout will have guaranteed delivery within 3 days!* If your order doesn’t arrive within the guaranteed 3 days, please let us know via aloha@lairdsuperfood.com and we’ll make it right.
*Expedited Shipping is available on one-time orders under 64oz only. Offered Sunday 12am PT through Thursday, 12pm PT. This option may also not be available during sale periods or holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we do ship orders internationally, however, our company has encountered various issues with international order fulfillment. For these reasons, international orders are non-refundable and, furthermore, Laird Superfood, Inc. will not cover the costs of any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages that ship outside of the USA. 
Laird Superfood will not assume the responsibility of paying any additional customs fees that are incurred after payment is made on our website (https://lairdsuperfood.com). Any fees due at customs will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This policy also covers the refusal or abandonment of packages at customs.
NOTE: We are not able to split ship international orders so if you pre-order products, your entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is in stock.
Our website is only intended for residents of the United States. 
If you choose to place your international order directly through https://lairdsuperfood.com, you hereby consent to these stated terms.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Your estimated shipping time should be displayed in this email; also using the tracking number provided you can visit the carrier’s website and through them you’ll find options to receive live updates about your shipment.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and once the order is processed, the items in the order cannot be changed. 
It may be possible to cancel your order before it ships out, however, once it has shipped, we are unable to intercept it or change any delivery details. If we are unable to assist with an order correction before the order is processed, please review our returns and refunds policy and if you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to our awesome Customer Support Team by email at aloha@lairdsuperfood.com.
