Protein Coffee Overnight Oats

Ingredients

20 oz milk (dealers’ choice)

10 tbsp Protein Coffee powder (Vanilla or Sweet & Creamy)

1 tsp salt

6 tbsp honey

2 ½ tsp vanilla

2 cups rolled oats

8 tsp chia seeds

2 oz Mascarpone

5 oz Greek yogurt

Cocoa powder

Directions

In a large measuring cup, combine the milk, protein coffee, salt, 1/4 cup of honey and 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla. Divide the mixture between 4 jars.

Stir 1/2 cup of oats and 2 teaspoons of chia seeds into each container, ensuring the oats are submerged in liquid. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.

In a medium bowl, whisk the Mascarpone until smooth. Add yogurt and whisk in the remaining 2 tablespoons of honey, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Spoon the mixture over the oats, spreading into a smooth layer. Dust with cocoa powder and serve chilled.
