Reishi Mushroom Longevity Shake
Ingredients
8 ounce Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Ginger, peeled
1 cup Carrots, peeled
1/4 cup Whole Almonds (raw)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
1 pinch Green Cardamom
1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
1 each Bananas
1 teaspoon Reishi Mushroom Powder

Add almond milk to blender. Add Ice. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
