
Turmeric Creamer Roasted Cod With Caramelized Onions

Ingredients
3 pounds Cod (Wild Caught Icelandic)
4 tablespoons Creamer (Turmeric)
2 Yellow Onions
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Lime (Juice of)

On 1/2 a sheet tray, lay out your Cod Nilets.

With a paper towel, pat dry the cod Nilets and set aside.

Clean onions and thinly slice 1/2 moon angle.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a large saute pan over medium high heat add 2 Tablespoons of avocado oil.

Add onions to saute pan and saute quickly caramelizing but not cooking the onions too long. about 3-4 minutes. remove from heat.

Distribute the Turmeric Creamer, salt and pepper over the top of the cod. Use your hands and rub it on, covering the entire Nish.

Evenly distribute the caramelized onions over the top of the cod.

Place in the oven and set the timer for 20 minutes.

Remove Cod from the oven and squeeze the juice of the lime over the top and serve.

Cover and refrigerate.
