
Turmeric Superfood BBQ Rubbed Baby Back Rib

Ingredients
4 pound Pork Ribs (2 racks)
1/2 cup Water
2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 cup Turmeric Superfood Creamer
1/4 cup Ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 teaspoon Salt

Combine the rub ingredients.

Rub the ribs on both sides making sure that the majority of the rub is on the meatier side.

Set ribs aside and let marinate 2 to 4 hours or overnight if possible.

Preheat the oven to 320 degrees.

Place ribs meaty side up, single layer into a tray. Pour 1/2 cup of water under the ribs, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. Or until meat is tender.

Remove from the oven and turn up the heat to 350 degrees.

Remove foil and drizzle oil on the ribs.

Return ribs into the oven and bake an additional 20 minutes until the rub becomes golden and crispy.
