Vanilla or Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

These pudding recipes contain protein, fiber, and antioxidants and are a serious upgrade from store bought pudding packs.

Vanilla Pudding Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Laird Superfood Homemade Coconut Milk (instructions below)
- 1 large ripe frozen banana
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp Laird Superfood Turmeric Creamer
- 1 serving vanilla collagen powder or protein powder
Chocolate Pudding Ingredients
3/4 cup Laird Superfood Homemade Coconut Milk (instructions below)
- 1 cup frozen sweet cherries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp Laird Superfood Cacao Creamer
- 1 serving chocolate collagen powder or protein powder
Directions
- To make Laird Superfood Homemade Coconut Milk, add 6 tablespoons of Laird Superfood Unsweetened Creamer to 1 cup of hot water. Stir and chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
- Add ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to thicken.
