Vanilla or Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

Superfood chocolate or vanila chia seed pudding recipe

These pudding recipes contain protein, fiber, and antioxidants and are a serious upgrade from store bought pudding packs.

Servings: 1

Vanilla Pudding Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Laird Superfood Homemade Coconut Milk (instructions below)
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp Laird Superfood Turmeric Creamer
  • 1 serving vanilla collagen powder or protein powder

Chocolate Pudding Ingredients

    3/4 cup Laird Superfood Homemade Coconut Milk (instructions below)

    Directions

    1. To make Laird Superfood Homemade Coconut Milk, add 6 tablespoons of Laird Superfood Unsweetened Creamer to 1 cup of hot water. Stir and chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
    2. Add ingredients to a blender.
    3. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
    4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to thicken.
