This mix includes 2 full zucchinis—that’s 4 servings of veggies per batch! Made with real, whole food ingredients like organic gluten-free oat flour, almond flour, cassava flour, and arrowroot powder, it’s sweetened with coconut sugar and cocoa powder for a perfect chocolate flavor. Our mix is easy to make and truly vegan, meaning there’s no egg or egg substitute required.

How to Use

No need for milk or eggs, just add water and oil and soon you’ll be smelling the irresistible scent of warm chocolate brownies.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine one bag of brownie mix with 2/3 cup
of water and 1/3 cup of oil (we love avocado oil). Grease an 8” x 8” pan and spread
mixture into the pan. Bake for 19-21 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.

In the new year we have made the decision to discontinue this product to make way for new goodies!

Which oil is recommended for the laird cookies and brownies?
Any cooking oil will do Irene! We're big fans of coconut oil, but you can also use olive oil, avocado oil, or another cooking oil you may have in your pantry. Happy baking! 🤙🏼
