International Shipping Policies

In the past, our company has encountered various issues with international order fulfillment. For these reasons, international orders are non-refundable and, furthermore, Laird Superfood, Inc. will not cover the costs of any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages that ship outside of the USA.

Laird Superfood will not assume the responsibility of paying any additional customs fees that are incurred after payment is made on our website (https://lairdsuperfood.com). Any fees due at customs will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This policy also covers the refusal or abandonment of packages at customs.

NOTE: We are not able to split ship international orders so if you pre-order products, your entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is in stock.
