Chocolate Party Mix Recipe with Maitake, Reishi, and Chaga

You won't be able to resist this tasty Choco Party Mix made with our Hot Chocolate with Functional Mushrooms! This slightly sweet and salty snack is the perfect treat to put out during a holiday get-together.

Not only is it irresistible, but it's also plant-based! Make this ASAP—it's sure to be a crowd-pleaser. 


9 cups cereal (or combination favorite party cereal) 

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

½ cup peanut butter

¼ cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 ½ cups Laird Superfood Hot Chocolate with Functional Mushrooms


1) Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.

2) In one quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute and stir. Microwave for about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into a two-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.

3) Add Laird Superfood Hot Chocolate powder. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container.
