
Vanilla Superfood Creamer More Than Oats Meal

Ingredients
1 cup Hemp Hearts
1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
3 tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
3 tablespoons Farro
3 tablespoons Bulgur Wheat
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 cups Milk (of choice. Can be dairy free)
4 tablespoons Vanilla Superfood Creamer
Directions

Combine all dry ingredients together in a pot.

Add 5 cups of milk and place over a medium heat.

Allow to cook while stirring frequently for about 15 to 20 minutes until thickened and oats are cooked through to soft.

Remove from heat and cool.

These oats are great reheated and topped with fruits, cocoa nibs, nut butters or spread on seeded toast and drizzled with honey or maple syrup.
