Hydration is more than just quenching thirst, it's about replenishing what your body loses and keeping it functioning at its peak. That's why we've built Hydrate with clean, mineral-rich ingredients that work the way nature intended, coconut water for natural electrolytes, essential minerals from the ocean, and real fruit for flavor.
Contains high levels of potassium, which is an electrolyte that helps with muscle function, heart rhythm, and nerve transmission. It also contains natural sugars to give the beverage a natural sweetness without added sugar.
Also known as Luo Han Guo, monk fruit is a plant native to China and northern Thailand cultivated for its sweet tasting fruit. It’s gaining more attention as a healthier alternative to conventional sugar because studies show that it does not affect blood sugar in the same way conventional sugars do in part because it contains zero calories. And unlike other “sweeteners”, this one isn’t made in a lab! It’s from nature and we love it.
Derived from orange for its sweet and tangy flavor, this is one of our favorite citrus fruits!
Freeze dried fruits are as close to the natural source of fruit as possible. Freeze-drying fruits retain the nutrient content (vitamins, antioxidants, phytonutrients) of the fresh fruit making them far more nutritious than natural flavors. They also add natural color to the product.

Aquamin is a multi-mineral complex derived from Lithothamnion calcareum, a red marine algae that absorbs calcium and magnesium into its cell walls. Its structure and the 72 trace minerals absorbed from the sea make the calcium in Aquamin more bioactive than the calcium derived from limestone, calcium carbonate.
Sea salt comes from evaporated seawater. It's a wonderful flavor source when used in moderation. Sea salt is also less processed than table salt and may retain some of its trace minerals.
Seawater-derived magnesium. A bioavailable and natural source of magnesium. An important electrolyte for nerve function, muscle relaxation, energy production, and enzyme activity. Also contains trace minerals.
Extracted from fresh lemons, lemon oil powder adds a delightfully refreshing taste and aroma to our greens mix.
Maqui berry is a dark-purple superfruit that grows wild in the remote regions of southern Chile. Harvested for centuries by indigenous Mapuche communities, it's prized for its exceptionally high antioxidant content and potential health benefits.
Murta, or Chilean guava, is a small evergreen berry native to Patagonia. For centuries, the Mapuche people used it to treat inflammation and other ailments, while locals still make preserves and teas from the fruit today. The smooth, glossy berries range from red to purple to white and offer a sweet, floral, tangy flavor with hints of guava, strawberry, and pineapple, bringing tropical complexity to our Wild Berry blend.
Calafate, also known as ‘southern calafate’ or ‘Patagonian barberry’, has been a fundamental food in the diet of indigenous communities in Patagonia for centuries. This small dark blue fruit, similar to a blackberry, has earned a reputation as a superfood due to its impressive nutritional properties and health benefits.
We are proud to create products that are not only functional but taste great too.

"The flavors are good, but I'm bummed that they added a non-nutritive sweetener to this product, which I didn't notice until after purchasing it. And, the packets don't have the quantity I want - they are designed to mix with 8oz water, but I am usually using bottles 50% to 100% larger when I want a hydration product (running, biking, etc) so I have to use two packages for one serving. This makes the product too expensive per serving."
