"been a subscriber since Laird offered it with the products. love the Tumeric and Sweet and Creamy Creamers, even t the protein but is is an 8 ounce package for the price of the 16 of the others. so i did not hesitate to try this Hydrate option since i am chronically (as in lab testing reveals it to be so) but sadly. this product made me thirstier. the taste was off too, like a chemical coconut flavoring to it that one round of the Sweet and Creamer also experienced in a production run. in digging deeper, turns out the body needs potassium which this product does does contain and can therefore not actually hydrate us. so while it may help us to consume more water if you enjoy the flavor, it is not replacing lost potassium from sweat or if one is chronically dehydrated like me. i have two bags too since one came on an automatic subscription despite that i tired to cancel it before the subscription shipped out."
