What do I mix this product with?

For our favorite recipe here at Laird Superfood, we recommend adding 1/3rd cup of Instant Latte to your cup (trust us, add the powder first!), followed by 12oz of hot water. From there, you can froth and enjoy!

Sweet and Creamy Instant Latte has approx. 100 mg of caffeine per 1/3 cup serving. Reduced Sugar Instant Latte has approx. 205 mg of caffeine per 1/3 cup serving. Mocha Instant Latte has approx. 100 mg of caffeine per 1/3 cup serving. Pumpkin Spice Instant Latte (seasonal) has approx. 100 mg of caffeine per 1/3 cup serving. There are 100mg of caffeine per serving. It does have more calories than our other instant lattes due to our protein blend.
