However, there is a major texture issue with either the protein or the added mushrooms. It's quite clumpy. . . not chunky, as if it needed to be blended more. . . clumpy as if there's little bits of something in the coffee that I have to pick out. If there was anything to do to fix it I would love to know. I really want to support this idea!"
