Creative Ways to Rest and Recover

Although Rest and Recover is great on it's own, we created some epic recipes for nights when you want to switch it up! From soothing tea to a delicious dream smoothie, fueling a good night's sleep just got easier.

We created this blend using thoughtfully selected herbs and botanicals that naturally support rest and relaxation. Minty Sleepy Time Tea

Easy into your evening with a minty cup of tea! Pick fresh mint leaves off your mint plant at home, or buy them at the grocery store!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups boiling water
  • 1-3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 teaspoons agave, or preferred sweetener
  • 1 Stick Pack of Renew Rest and Recover

Directions:

  1. Steep the mint leaves in hot water inside a tea ball or strainer for 15 minutes. Add agave if you like a sweeter tea.
  2. Stir in the packet of Renew Rest and Recover until dissolved.
  3. Enjoy

Ginger Lemon Tea

This ginger and lemon-y tea is the perfect thing to curly up with and a good book! Renew Rest and Recover makes it the perfect beverage to sip on before you doze off!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups boiling water
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 piece ginger, 2-3 inch (5-7 cm)
  • 2 teaspoons agave, or preferred sweetener
  • 1 Stick Pack of Renew Rest and Recover

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Cut lemon and ginger into thin slices. Add to the hot water.
  3. Steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Strain and pour tea into mug.
  5. Add sweetener and Renew Rest and Recover, stir, and serve.
  6. Enjoy!

Dream Smoothie

This dream smoothie is perfect for nights when you are feeling a little hungry before bed! Delicious ingredients like banana and nut butter along with our renew rest and recover will have you ready for bed in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach, or your favorite greens
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 Stick Pack of Renew Rest and Recover
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice
  • 1/4 cup oat milk

Directions:

  1. Add spinach, oats, banana, nut butter, oatmilk, cherry juice and Renew Rest and Recover to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass or mug and enjoy.
