This circuit combines resistance moves and cardiovascular exercise to make a big impact, in under 30 minutes.

| Push-ups | 15 reps |
| Heel kicks | 30 secs |
| Squats | 15 reps |
| Jumping Jacks | 30 secs |
| Bench Dips | 15 reps |
| Knee-Ups | 30 secs |
| Lunges | 15 reps |
| Skipping | 30 secs |
| Sit Ups | 15 reps |
| Bear Crawls | 30 secs |
| Lying Leg Raises | 15 reps |
- Rest for 1 minute
- Repeat 3 times to accomplish 4 circuits total
