Our friend, fitness enthusiast, and bodybuilder Kris Gethin put together a custom workout just for Laird Superfood® followers.

This circuit combines resistance moves and cardiovascular exercise to make a big impact, in under 30 minutes.  

Kris Gethin's Laird Superfood® Workout Circuit

Complete each of the following moves:

Push-ups   
 15 reps
Heel kicks   
 30 secs
Squats   
 15 reps
Jumping Jacks
 30 secs
Bench Dips   
 15 reps
Knee-Ups 
 30 secs
Lunges
 15 reps
Skipping
 30 secs
Sit Ups
 15 reps
Bear Crawls 
 30 secs
Lying Leg Raises
 15 reps

  • Rest for 1 minute
  • Repeat 3 times to accomplish 4 circuits total
