Crunchy Cacao Energy Ball Recipe

These energizing Superfood Balls are the perfect sweet-tooth-satisfying snack!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Yields about 26 balls


  • 1/2 cup Laird Superfood Cacao Creamer
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until well-combined.
  2. Add the mixture to a large bowl. Use your hands to roll the mixture into 26 1-inch round balls. 
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for at least an hour before enjoying. 
  5. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
