Green Smoothie with Performance Mushrooms

At Laird Superfood, we get a lot of questions about how best to use our Performance Mushrooms. One of our favorite ways to incorporate these functional fungi into your daily routine is with our Green Smoothie.
- 1 cups almond milk (or any nut milk)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon of Unsweetened Creamer
- 1 tablespoon of Laird Superfood Performance Mushrooms
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 scoop of your favorite greens
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until thick and creamy.
- Serve with toppings of your choice
