Laird Superfood® Chia Pudding Recipe

An easy to make, easy to love superfood treat. Dairy and gluten free, this pudding is your new breakfast staple or a perfect afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 2 cups non-dairy milk of choice (coconut, almond, hemp, or soy)
- ¼ cup Laird Superfood Original Creamer
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp flax seed oil (optional)
- 1 tsp Laird Superfood Performance Mushroom Blend
- Pinch kosher salt (optional)
Topping
Berries of choice, cocoa curls, honey, macadamia nuts, pecans, bananas, peaches, mango, toasted coconut, pineapple.
Directions
- Place all the ingredients aside from chia seeds in a blender.
- Blend until all of the ingredients are mixed well.
- Place the chia seeds in a mixing bowl and pour the mixture over the seeds.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Pour mixture into mason jars and allow to set for 8 to 12 hours. This will help the chia seeds to absorb the coconut milk and elevate flavor.
