Plant based Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

An easy to make, easy to love superfood treat. Dairy and gluten free, this pudding is your new breakfast staple or a perfect afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

    Topping

        Berries of choice, cocoa curls, honey, macadamia nuts, pecans, bananas, peaches, mango, toasted coconut, pineapple.

        Directions

          1. Place all the ingredients aside from chia seeds in a blender.
          2. Blend until all of the ingredients are mixed well.
          3. Place the chia seeds in a mixing bowl and pour the mixture over the seeds.
          4. Mix until well incorporated.
          5. Pour mixture into mason jars and allow to set for 8 to 12 hours. This will help the chia seeds to absorb the coconut milk and elevate flavor.
          6. Enjoy!
