Mint Mocha Oatmeal Recipe

Our Chocolate Mint Superfood Creamer takes this bowl of oats to the next level!
Servings: 2 bowls of oatmeal
Time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup brewed coffee
1/2 cup almond milk or water
1 Tbsp cacao powder
2tsp maple syrup
2 tbs Laird Superfood Chocolate Mint Creamer
Directions:
Cook the oats in the coffee and water/milk until creamy and thick, stirring frequently. Once cooked stir in remaining ingredients and adjust flavor to your preference. Serve topped with your favorite toppings! We love it with berries and banana, but crushed peppermint sticks would also be delicious!
