Ingredients

• 6 Superfood Creamer frozen cubes (3 tbsp Laird Superfood Creamer + 6oz Water, mix and freeze)
• 1 ½ cup Laird Superfood Enhanced Coconut Milk (5 tbsp Unsweetened Super food Creamer + 12 oz water) or use milk of your choice
• ¼ cup raw cashews
• 1 tbsp Laird Super Food Performance Mushroom Blend
• ¼ cup Laird Superfood Cacao Creamer
• 4 pitted dates
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 pinch cinnamon

Directions

Place all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
