Plant-based Pineapple Mango Popsicle Recipe

Looking for an easy way to cool down this summer? We have the perfect frozen treat for you. Fresh pineapple and mango combined with our Pineapple Mango HYDRATE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 8 oz. of water with 1 tablespoon of Pineapple Mango Hydrate
  • Tools Required:
  • popsicle mold
  • popsicle sticks

Instructions:

Place pineapple and mango pieces evenly into each of the popsicle molds and top off with the Pineapple Mango Hydrate mixture, add wooden popsicle sticks and place into the freezer for at least 4 hours.

For a smooth version, you can combine the mango, pineapple, and Pineapple Mango Hydrate mixture into a food processor and grind until a nice and smooth puree is formed. Pour the puree in the popsicle molds, add wooden popsicle sticks and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

* Also, this can be made into elevated ice cubes.
