Turmeric Superfood Creamer Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon Avocado Oil
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 2 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 8 cup Cauliflower (riced, 2 large heads)
- 4 tablespoon Turmeric Superfod Creamer (Turmeric Superfood)
- 3 tablespoon Liquid Coconut Aminos
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 2 cup Snap Peas (rough chop)
- 1 teaspoon White Peppercorns
- 2 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Green Onion (thinly sliced)
Directions:
- Place a large saute pan over medium high heat and add the Avocado Oil.
- Add carrots and red onion to the saute pan. Stir often.
- After about 2 minutes add the ginger, garlic, salt and pepper, continuing to stir until fragrant.
- Add cauliflower rice, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes.
- Add Turmeric Superfood Creamer by sprinkling evenly distributing over all the vegetables.
- Stir in snap peas. They will lightly blanch but stay crunchy from the heat coming through the moisture of the vegetables.
- Add and stir in the Coconut Amino Acid Long with the Toasted Sesame oil.
- Remove the pan from the heat and garnish with green onions and serve.
- Be sure to taste and check for seasonings. Adjust as needed.
- Be sure to cool, cover and store in the refrigerator.
