Laird's Morning Routine and why he likes to add Fat to his Coffee

Like a talented musical conductor, our brain orchestrates our physical and mental systems to work synergistically. Better to treat it well with proper movement, exercise and fuel to be nourished, charged, and growing. When the brain, the body and the mind are well-nourished and challenged, they hum in-sync and allow us to think, feel and perform optimally. In the past, carbohydrates were thought of as the best source of energy but new research is pointing to the salient power of fat. What keeps Laird smiling in the morning and during his 5 hour workouts?
