Dairy-Free Mango and Kale Smoothie

Warm months call for cold, refreshing smoothies! Not only are they tasty, but smoothies are also a great way to add more fruits and vegetables to your daily routine.

This Mango and Kale Smoothie is made from only five simple and nourishing ingredients. Our Unsweetened Superfood Creamer adds extra creaminess along with superfood ingredients like Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and Aquamin. This dairy-free smoothie is a delicious way to start any day! 

Plant-Based Mango and Kale Smoothie

Mango and Kale Smoothie

Serves 2

Time: 5 Minutes


2 Tbs Laird Superfood Unsweetened Creamer
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen kale
2 cups filtered water
1 ripe avocado


1. Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and consistent.
2. Pour into cups and garnish as you’d like (Monique used hemp seeds and lemon slices)!
3. Enjoy!
