Vegan Salted Date (Snow) Balls Recipe

Lean into the holiday season with these sweet and salty date snowballs. They're a festive treat that's made with epic plant-based ingredients! They're perfect to snack on while enjoying the holiday season (and also make a great pre-workout fuel-up snack).
They are made with simple ingredients, and come together in a matter of minutes. Our Laird Superfood Harvest Dates are the key ingredient, as they add a rich caramel-y flavor that makes this treat taste ultra-indulgent.
Vegan Salted Date (Snow) Balls with Laird Superfood Harvest Dates
Makes 10-12 ballsFor the base:
- 2 tbs Maple Syrup
- 12 Pitted Dates
- ½ cup Sliced Almonds
- ½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- ½ cup Coconut Shreds plus Extra to Coat
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 tbs. Coconut Oil
Directions:
1. Process and blend until well incorporated and can hold itself together.
2. Roll into 1” balls and coat in extra coconut.
3. Enjoy!
